The track was rocky and hard packed, like always. For the qualification, the track has been watered a bit too much, but I still finish 3rd of my group.
They water even more the track before the first Moto, it was really slippery. My start was horrible, mud all over my googles, fighting through the pack, I receive a rock on the nose. If breathing blood was my only problem, I would’ve been happy, but few minutes later I crash taking a bad rut on a jump. My handbar completely torn, I come back 25th.
Second Moto, I grab a great start but the 450s pass me before the first turn, I’m around 8th. I keep calm and stay at this position for the most of the race, watching the three opponents in front of me. I finally take my own rhythm and pass them, ending up the Moto 5th.
My first Moto was not good enough to keep my place in the championship, I am 5th, but I keep my eyes focus on the top guns.
